We are pleased to announce the upcoming seminar on food innovation titled “Harnessing Sustainability in the Food Sector: A Pathway to Progress” organized by the Food and Agriculture Platform for the Future in collaboration with the CU TIP interdisciplinary program in Technology Management and Innopreneurship, under the Graduate School. It is part of the project promoting cooperation and development of food technology and innovation between Thailand and Denmark, supported by the Royal Danish Embassy in Copenhagen and the Office of the Vocational Education Commission.

Mr. Niels Peter Nøerring, Climate Director of the Danish Agricultural & Food Council (DAFC), will present on “Carbon Reduction in the Food Sector: Exploring Challenges, Political Agendas, and Success Stories from Denmark.”
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mahesha Manjunatha Poojary, Department of Food Science, University of Copenhagen, will discuss “Research Supporting Sustainable Food Production.”
