Associate Professor Dr. Jirarat Anuntagool graduated with a bachelor's degree in Food Technology and Biotechnology from Chulalongkorn University. Following that, she received a scholarship from Chulalongkorn University to pursue her master's and doctoral degrees in Food Science and Technology at Cornell University in the United States.
Dr. Jirarat has deep expertise in food processing, particularly in developing processes that add value to food products. She has served as the head of the Food Processing Pilot Plant Center at the Faculty of Science, Chulalongkorn University, a crucial role in driving research and development in this field.
In addition to her academic roles, Dr. Jirarat has extensive experience working with the food industry. She has worked as a consultant for several companies in the food sector, assisting in product development and improving production processes to increase efficiency.
Moreover, Dr. Jirarat also serves as an advisor to government agencies in developing value-added products for the food industry. She aims to promote growth and competitiveness in both domestic and international markets. She has participated in various projects that enhance the capabilities of food industry entrepreneurs and promote the practical application of research findings.
